THE BEST STAY IVE EVER HAD— with the BEST SERVICE! Can’t go wrong! Liked: 10/10 HANDS DOWN BEST EXPERIENCE, SERVICE, && QUALITY at DOWNTOWN MOTEL 7 with owner “PETER”! I travel alone from LA to San Bernardino 2-3 times a year and usually stay away from staying downtown- BUT, my 3 night weekend stay at DOWNTOWN MOTEL 7 was SPECTACULAR— 1. Was met and introduced by owner “PETER” for a late check in after a long drive aline- He was welcoming and kind! NATURALLY I most likely talked his ear off , but he was extremely down to earth and we had a lot and engaging Conversation after discovering he too was a Global Tech recruiter like me for a living. Needless to say, he was EXTREMELY [understatement] HOSPITABLE and it was such a delightful process which made me feel safe and comfortable— ready for my weekend! ALSO—not to mention the SPACIOUS ROOM [KING BED] smart tv, quick and easily accessible WIFI, clean towels and MOST OF ALL [besides PETERS SERVICE] the most CLEAN &&& COMFY BED IN THE WORLDDDD!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! BOOK NOW & BOOK WITH FRIENDS!!!THANK YOU PETER for an AMAZING EXPERIENCE! GODSPEED! Disliked: Honestly… nothing . Price … check! Cleanliness… CHECK! Location… check! SERVICE… CHECK! CHECK! COMFORT.. CHECK INFINITY!!! Management..THE BEST!

Great stay. Will most likely come again. Liked: Ac was very good. I like how there was a desk to get ready at with a mirror. I liked the size of the bathrooms as well! The bed was comfy too. Disliked: The bed was dirty. That’s pretty much it!

Liked: Front desk guy was available 24/7 when i needed new key at 4 am he got me instantly and even gave me a blanket i asked for around that time too

Never coming back , dirty , sheets nasty , employees was not helpful …. Liked: Very bad , customer service was all bad .. Disliked: The people,the staff,area was bad had lot lizard’s in the Parker lot all day

Amazing stay! Liked: All staff went above and beyond for us when we stayed their for a festival. They also were very flexible with accommodating our needs. Hotel is very clean and looks like the rooms were renovated. Will definitely come back in the future! Me and boyfriend enjoyed our stay so much.

Ghetto Liked: Very ghetto there was graffiti on the bathroom counter and cigarette burns in the bed spread Disliked: Reeked of cigarettes

Liked: Everything was good and definitely a go to whenever I go to raves . I felt comfortable staying here . And the man in the front desk was very nice and so was the staff very friendly ! Disliked: The toilet paper was too thin lol . If anything bring your own .

Liked: We liked the distance from the NOS Center and the staff was nice and helpful. Peter at the front and the cleaning ladies were always willing and available to help. Disliked: Towels seemed a little dirty.

last choice if there isn’t anything available Liked: Nothing Disliked: Besides them taking full advantage of an near by event by charging double of what they charge normally, the room smelled so bad like cigarettes even the bed smelled so bad the smell even penetrated my clothes so bad, downfall there isn’t no microwave.I called to notify that the refrigerator wasn’t working and they didn’t come until next morning.

Nice for a quick stay Liked: Our room was newly renovated it seemed, AC worked great, only thing was the mini fridge wasn't plugged in and when we were checking in, Manager was arguing with two prostitutes LOL Disliked: No personal items like soap, only had 4 shampoo bars

Can't wait to come back! Liked: Peter at the front desk was EXCEPTIONALLY helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet, exactly what I was looking for during my stay. I will look forward to my next stay here at Downtown Motel 7. Thank you Peter!

Liked: The location was close to the music festival Disliked: The fridge in the room was broken and unusable.. I went to call the front desk to let them know, and the phone in the room was disconnected… for almost $200 a night, you’d except more

Disliked: Our room smelled like cigarettes when it says no-smoking

Place could've been better but customer service was great Liked: There was no breakfast but the building manager Peter did a great job with the customer service.

Perfect stay for people attending raves at the NOS! Liked: I loved how the staff was so nice and available for service all day around. The location was a 10 minute drive from the NOS center which was perfect for our beyond wonderland visit. Honestly it was nice and spacious . As many say “looks can be deceiving” this motel might look sketch from pictures but it is truly worth the stay. Will be staying again upcoming escape event during October Disliked: Not much I didn’t like about the property, maybe just a bit cleaner but it was already clean as it was.

I was impressed in the place. It’s nice and clean Liked: It was cleaner than I would have first thought since it wasn’t a big name hotel Disliked: Location wise was a bit weird but besides that the parking too was too small.

Worth the $, close to NOS Center, polite employees, and big bed Liked: Bed can fit 3 or 4 people if you want to cram but it was just me and a friend. It was very close to the NOS Center, the attendant was polite and seemed like he enjoyed his job which makes me enjoy my stay more. Disliked: The TV had a weird thing going on where one corner of the TV was flickering but you could still easily watch it. I would recommend bringing your own sheets and pillows just because you'll sleep better, I didn't and I felt dirty but nothing a change of clothes and a shower won't fix.
